Estimate & Pricing Factors
When requesting custom curriculum authoring or comprehensive documentation audits, our project estimates are calculated based on three specific criteria:
- Document Volume & Word Count: Whitepapers under 25 pages typically require 3 to 5 business days for rigorous technical review, whereas multi-module developer portals require custom scoping.
- Participant Cohort Size: Interactive team workshops can be extended to full-day multi-track intensives for departments exceeding 15 engineers.
- Delivery Mode & Timezone Scheduling: Live sessions are delivered via secure web conference aligned with Asia-Pacific (ICT/SGT), European (CET/GMT), or Americas (EST/PST) working hours.
Booking, Deposit & Invoicing Terms
- Individual sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% scheduling deposit, with the remaining balance due following session completion.
- Invoices are issued in USD (or THB equivalent) with itemized service descriptions.
- Rescheduling requests submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time are processed with zero penalty fees.
